I met with the city representative today and he approved our plans and the lawns. Now he will take the information to a city planner that will figure out our square footage and how much financing they will be assisting us with. They will email me with the dollar amount and then we have 90 days to complete the project.
I am real excited to see the final product! It will be like an Arizona landscape with water efficient plants, trees, rocks, yard art, etc...
It will look great, cost nothing to do it and save my costs on water! Fun, fun, fun, ...oh yeah, and a lot of work!
